I threw some colors on him and focused on the right side of his face where most of the detail of his head is to make it more sinister and dramatic feel to it i guess.. i don't know really just trying to explain why i did that when for the most part what i did that was because it looked cool lol... yes i know im an idiot and have no clue what im talkin about but please leave me some input! lord knows i could use it >_<

Depends on what tools you got and what look you want to achieve. Do you have a tablet?

sadly no i dont got the cash for one :-/

and im not sure what i want to achieve.

and tool wise i got pscs3, pencil and paper :-/

Well that's hard to explain from this end... but try to get the hang of it yourself: as soon as you are ready to get going with the path-tool I'll be helping you... (it's not hard at all)

-same thing. Yep. You will need to be able to use this, in order to avoid the tablet.
